Part-Time Rental
For practitioners looking for flexible working arrangements:
• Smaller Room: £45 per day
• Larger Room: £60 per day (both when booking set days per month)
• £55 and £75 (Ad Hoc Basis)
Full-Time Rental
• Smaller Room: £500 per month
• Larger Room: £680 per month (both when signing up for 10 months)
Larger Room Benefits:
• Newly installed sleek kitchen cupboard units for storage
For those ready to commit to a regular space:
What’s Included:
• All bills covered (electricity, water, heating, WiFi)
• Furnished workspace (desk, desk chair, some décor)
• Use of facilities (shared kitchen, WC, waiting area)
• Ample free parking for you and your clients
• Fully licensed building (Change of Use & Environmental Health approval)
• Marketing (Some light advertising on an Aboard out the front of the clinic, a page on The Kiri Clinic’s Website, light social media posts and shares of your content on our pages.
Additional Requirements:
• Each practitioner must obtain their own personal license (£130 from West Northants Council)
• Insurance (your own insurance to cover you and your treatments)
Prices subject to small yearly increase in line with our yearly rental increase contract with Wakefield Manor Estate.
